Jur van den Bosch
Organising an evening with friends, boosting team cooperation or giving ski lessons to a group of kids? As long as it is a social and dynamic activity, it makes me happy! I am a very curious person and that's why I like asking many questions. I like to get to the heart of the matter, both with people and with more abstract issues. In my opinion you need to do that before you can really contribute. My biggest motivation is to help others and see them happy.
By nature, I am a connector, in all areas. Whether it is about the connection between management and the shop floor or between business and IT; I am a person who builds bridges.
As mentioned earlier, what I find truly rewarding is to see other people happy. I never give up until the person or target group I’m working for is more than happy.
I know how to reduce even the most complex issues to something simple. I believe in peace and simplicity. I don’t like environments full of stress and unnecessary fuss.
I think it’s important to record things properly so that they can be retrieved quickly. I like to keep overviews and make concrete agreements on to-dos.
Jur is curious about…
I’d love to study South American culture. I’ve been to Colombia and found the atmosphere there so special. People there are happy with less. On the work front, I’d love to get an inside look at Heineken. I gained experience brewing beer with some friends and that has only increased my love for beer.
I have worked on these projects
Solution Consultant CBS at PostNL
As Solution Consultant CBS I was responsible for the change management within two IT teams. I monitored the daily ins and outs of the teams on an operational level. Besides, I tuned with different stakeholders and mapped what the teams needed to execute the change request. In this way, I shaped the change process for both teams by establishing the boundaries and what the agreements and rules were. Also, I stimulated the teams to think along in establishing the change process. As solution consultant, I also worked on the vision, security and finances of the applications. In short, a challenging assignment with a lot of freedom and responsibility!
Project Manager European Projects at Brainport Industries
As project manager European Projects I was involved in a mix of European initiatives in the High Tech industry. Designs of the projects included Artificial Intelligence and Supply Chain Resilience. Within different projects I played an important role in joining members to the correct stakeholders within Brainport Industries. I also strategically and operationally thought along with the completion of the European Projects and was responsible for retrieving information and writing deliverables.
PMO at Royal BAM Group NV
Within the Business Unit Construction & Engineering of Royal BAM Group I did a rollout of an ordering application (P2P) in the business. Furthermore, I performed administrative support and advised and guided project management. I was also responsible for carrying out operational tasks, including the devising and giving trainings and thining along to realise Business Change.
