Learning on the job

From day one, you will work on substantive finance projects within an innovative, international high-tech organization where technology and engineering are central.
You will be involved in complex financial challenges, strategic decision-making, and data-driven insights that are essential to the business in a fast-growing, international environment.

You won’t just create analyses, you will also learn how to translate them into concrete decisions and results. This is how you add real value in a high-tech setting where precision and innovation come together.

Coaching & guidance

During the traineeship, you will be supported by your personal Talent Development Manager at Ormit Talent. Together, you will work on gaining insight into your drivers, strengths, and development areas.

Through coaching, reflection, and room to experiment, you will develop yourself in a dynamic and demanding working environment.

20+ Trainings in personal growth

Alongside your assignment, you will follow Ormit Talent’s development program, focused on personal leadership, collaboration, communication, self-awareness, and behavioral development.

You will not only learn what you do as a finance professional, but especially how to collaborate effectively and create impact within teams and across the organization.

Trainee Group

You start together with a group of other trainees. A diverse talent pool of young professionals who learn from each other, share experiences, and grow together.

This is you

  • 0–3 years of work experience

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (demonstrable affinity with finance)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Curious and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working in international teams (English is no problem)
