As soon as applications are in, we take on the role of cupid and find your perfect match! After we found you a match, you will receive an invitation to the kick-off, where you will meet your pair.

What is the cross-mentoring program?

Do you have a business challenge you want to tackle? In our cross-mentoring program, you’ll work on it together with another Ormit Talent alumnus. You both bring a challenge to the meeting, and provide new insights and perspectives to one another. This way, you develop your professional skills and grow your network. You’ll meet 3-4 times at a place and time that suits you both. Additionally, you’ll connect with other participants during inspiring group sessions at Ormit.

FAQ

Are meetings online or in person?

The meetings are scheduled according to your own preferences. Deciding on the date, time and location of the meeting happens in agreement with your match.

How many people do I have sessions with?

A match is made between two Ormit Talent alumni. This means that together, you are a pair. You will have one-on-one meetings with one another during the program. During the group sessions at Ormit Talent, you’ll have the chance to meet other alumni.

What is the time commitment to this program like?

During this 1-year program, you will have 3-4 meetings with your match. Additionally, several group activities are scheduled at the Ormit Talent office. There will be a kick-off, interim evaluations, and a closing event.
