The goal of ASML’s Global Digital Transformation Engine is to enable all ASML employees to collaborate more efficiently through the adoption of global IT applications. The Digital Transformation Engine has its roots in IT but has a strong connection with the rest of the organization. Together with involved stakeholders, IT change projects are successfully implemented.

Throughout this inspiring program, you will take on various roles and projects that challenge you to sharpen your personal and professional skills and expand your expertise in change management.
How do you develop yourself over the course of two years?
During the initial period, as a Change Coordinator, you will familiarize yourself with ASML as an organization, its processes, and methodologies.
Following this, you will participate in various change projects, gradually taking on more responsibility. This on-the-job experience will help you grow into the role of Change Expert, with guidance from experienced professionals.
This program is not just about acquiring new knowledge and skills. You will push your boundaries and become a catalyst for change within one of the world’s leading technology companies.
