In a College Tour setting Janine will share her journey as a female leader in high-tech companies like Ericsson and ASML, including the challenges she faced and the lessons she learned.

Bring your questions—it’s your chance to engage with Janine and others in a lively dialogue!

After Janine’s story, we engage in conversation with each other. On topics such as:

• The unique strengths everyone brings to the table.
• How to find support when you feel alone?
• How ASML’s leadership can support diversity and inclusion?
• How can you make this a topic of conversation in your team?
